To make Steamed Bay Rice, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 whole clove = (or
  • 1/8 tspn ground cloves)
  • 1 whole bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Method

  • Combine the water rice clove and bay leaf in a small saucepan
  • Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.
