We only accept orders that are placed through the Diabetes Shop. We guarantee that your personal information is kept private and secure; we neither sell nor rent information to any third parties.

I'm not in the UK - can I use the Diabetes Shop?

Not at the moment. The reason for this is that there are certain laws prohibiting the sale of Medical Devices to certain countries. Rest assured, we are working on shipping internationally.

How can I pay?

We accept:

• Credit cards: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express
• Debit cards: Maestro, Solo and Visa cards issued in the UK
• PayPal

All payments are processed by our secure payment providers, SagePay.

How do I use my discount code?

To use your discount code, simply add it when you view your basket.

How do I place an order?

Simple. Find the items you want by browsing or searching and then click Add to Basket. Keep searching or browsing until you've got all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the View Basket link at the top of every page. When you've got all your items, click on Checkout.

Review your order

You can review the items you've placed in your shopping basket. When you're ready, click on Proceed to Checkout and you will then be asked to Sign In or Create a New Account.

If you've purchased from us before, enter your email address and password and select your desired billing address.

If you haven't ordered from us before, click on Create Account: enter your email address, choose a password and insert your billing and delivery address details.

Once you've chosen your desired dispatch address, you can check the items in your basket and make any adjustments. When you're ready, click on Place My Order and proceed to pay safely and securely with SagePay.

Once you've successfully made payment, you will be displayed confirmation of your order and sent a confirmation email from ourselves and SagePay.

Do I have to register?

No, you don't have to register with Diabetes Shop to use the site. When you come to make your first purchase, we will set up an account for you. When you have an account, you can add product reviews.

How do I create a Diabetes Shop account?

An account will be created automatically when you place your first order. All we need for your account is an email address and password. You can also retrieve your password should you forget your password. You can edit your information in Your Account.

What if I have a problem?

Once you make a purchase, your purchase confirmation email will detail the exact steps should you have a problem with your order. If you still have a problem with any aspect of your order, simply log into Your Account and follow the options under your Order History.

You may not be able to return some items once they have been used. For more information see our Returns Policy pages.

How can I sell my products?

If you are a seller and wish to sell on Diabetes Shop, contact us through our Seller Contact form.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Sure, just get in touch and we can provide one.
