The question many are asking – are vitamin drinks healthy for diabetes sufferers?
The manufacturer’s promise great vitality, energy and stamina. You can drink your way to good health without taking any vitamin pills.
These drinks may appear very inviting, however, if you investigate closely the drinks are not what they appear to be. Nutritionists state very clearly that these drinks provide a boost of sugar like normal fizzy drinks.
The third or fourth ingredient down on the label is ususally crystalline fructose or high-fructose corn syrup.
It is this sugar boost that outweighs any nutritional benefit people may gain from the drink. Nonetheless, many people who consume the drink and are tackling heart problems, obesity or are diabetic – they think these drinks are healthy.
