Published by Kath in the blog Kath's blog. Views: 8982

Hi my name is Ray Burrows. I want to summarise my philosophy for managing my diabetes:

Good exercise regime and good diabetes control go hand in hand

Flexible eating, insulin and testing according to days activity

Don't be afraid of hypo's they are part of having diabetes, get used to warning symptoms and deal with them

Live life to the full and enjoy growing fit and old with diabetes
