Accountability: Day 72

My blood sugar levels have been rising around lunch time recently; during lockdown, and because of my ear infection, I've been a lot less active recently. However, the weeds in my garden were threatening to create a new canopy that could engulf the entire UK, so I did some gardening after lunch. I also chose the time that a new Libre sensor was activating, so I was unprepared for the sharp drop that the physical exercise of yanking weeds up caused. My insulin resistance had also dropped at dinner time, which caused another close brush with low blood sugars, followed by a classic case of overcompensation. Fortunately I managed to level things out, and my levels overnight were actually okay (the upward trend at the end of the day changed its mind thanks to a small correction dose).
