After 2 weeks of zero carb

Published by bulkbiker in the blog bulkbiker's blog. Views: 328

Interesting experiment eating only animal products for the last 16 days (as well as mainly doing it while away on holiday)

Weight has remained stubbornly the same this morning 224.8 pounds 16st 1lb
Bloods have been a bit odd between 4.8 and 6.7 the highs mainly FBG. Chicken also seems to send them up more than other meats.
Average bloods over the past 16 days 5.7.
Ketones also been very volatile although have been measuring less. This morning 0.3 - 14th Feb 1.3 mainly very borderline being in ketosis 0.4-0.6.
Will continue for the rest of Feb.
Pooing less and mostly ok... not been for a couple of days. Still snacking on Pork Scratchings but not every day. Some days lunch and dinner other days just dinner. Makes shopping easy!
Will report back next week unless anything exciting happens in the interim!
