I cooked a swede today, then chopped up half of it, put it in a jug with some cream and used the S blade of the Bamix to pulverise it - and then I ate it all.
I still have half of it left for tomorrow - but I was going to divide it up and freeze it.
It is under 6 percent carbs, it was very comforting on a rainy evening - I don't know why I feel so guilty about eating it all - I suppose because I had planned to do something other than eat the lot.
