Hi all, I have been reading a lot of the forums on here from time to time & to day I have been reading about the LCHF, under Jamie Oliver.
On 95% of food packages it gives u a Saturated fat reading, a carb reading & (which are sugar reading ,all in gramms.)
BUT what is the safe limit, they say keep the carbs & fat LOW but what is LOW & what is HIGH. What are the limitations from 1-100g, can anybody put a figure on these please.
