Day 7 and time to stop

Published by bulkbiker in the blog bulkbiker's blog. Views: 345

Hi All
Last set of readings for this fast
FBG 4.3 this morning after 4.6 last night
Weight 214.4 pounds 15st 4.4lbs lightest for a long while
Body Fat 27.7% another down day
Visceral fat 13
BMI 29.1
well into overweight territory
Ketones 5.3

Just back from walking the dog and a shower, have been feeling a bit light headed and "fuzzy" so going to break fast this lunchtime with scrambled eggs.
over the 7 days I have lost 15 pounds some of which I'm sure will go back on but I will try to keep most off.. all in all a worthwhile experience and not too difficult. I' not sure the raised bloods were cream induced as just took bloods again and got another 4.6. I reckon my optimum fasting time for blood glucose is 4 days and thats when my readings are lowest.
Hope you have enjoyed my experiment.
Regards
Mark
