30 minutes "Combat class" 15 Minutes Abs
20minutes gentle trot on the treadmill
Breakfast Coffee with cream
Lunch Chicken salad with olive oil/balsamic dressing
Dinner Trout fillet with stir fry veg
Drinks Water, Fruit tea, tea with lemon
BG at bedtime 7.3 mmol

So far so good
