I have been having problems at work and believe I am being discriminated against because of my diabetes. I haven't been able to get the time I said I needed, and was told I could have, to monitor blood sugars or eat.
The stress has made my diabetic control worse than ever with far more serious (unconscious) hypos - I live alone and I have been off sick.
My union are involved and are looking for a good solicitor who will take on a personal injury case for me. I am a newcomer to the world of employment litigation. Can anyone recommend a good solicitor?
The stress is awful and I now have depression too. Dark days indeed.
Thank you
