I am new to DiabetesForum...from Canada.

Greetings from Vancouver, Canada. My name is Elizabeth. I am married with three grown daughters. I found recently that I am a diabetic. I am struggling with getting my blood sugar down within normal range. I am looking for some healthy breakfast ideas and evening snacks. Most of my struggle has been with my morning fasting blood sugar reading...it has been around 12.8 which is too high. I am looking for some helpful connections with people who are experiencing similar issues. Thank you and I hope to connect with some of you soon. Take care. Elizabeth
