Well been visting the gym regular since returning from holidays and now lowered sugars from 14 before meals to 7 before meals over a three week period.
Low Carb intake only using myfitness pal and sticking to 1800 calories.
Training at 7pm 1hour any cardio at a very brisk pace-Walking Uphill,Cycling then stretches and little number of heavey weights.
Only protien drink after training no food.
Checking now to ensure ketosis isn't happening throughout the night.
I must admit I'm still struggling to ignore the choclates in the cupboards for the kids but things are getting easier.
Next week I'll reduce a metformin and start backon the creatine 1000mg before and after training.
This worked a treat previously and also aided with energy and recouperation after training.
