Low Calorie High Protein PE Ratio Diet Update

Pretty happy with the macros today. Closer to where I would like to be daily. After flirting with Carbs a little this week find that to hit that 170g protein mark I need to have a decent slab of meat or chicken in one meal each day. For dinner it was a 400g rump steak.Much better day with exercise weather helped. This diet is working very well for me
