Diagnosed 20 plus years ago type 2. Have managed to stay on tablets but on shaky ground now as my readings are in the 8 range. What I have found most inspiring is how far my knowledge has come and is tested. Making food from different flours and additional supplement that may o may not help e.g. cOq10 or Vitamn D.
What I am mostly interested in is your ideas and help. Those of you who have managed so wonderfully to keep your numbers low or have reduced them - gosh I need your help! I think we all have something to contribute and we can help each other on this journey.
I suffer from my numbers climbing through the night my doctor said this had to do with hormones, being female this is believable.
So friends, I away your responses as I am eager to try anything which will help! I will share my success or failure with you all and invite the same back.
Merry Christmas to you all and better numbers ahead!
