My personal markers monitoring log

Published by NéjiSaïdi in the blog NéjiSaïdi's blog. Views: 1147

These are snapshots of the MS Excel sheet that I am keeping as a log to track and manage my labs. One snapshot of my BP log, the other keeps track FBG, Hba1c, total cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, BMI, TG/HDL-C & Total cholesterol/HDL-C ratios. BP readings are different because they are taken by different devices (regular and automatic meters). Rule: when using an automatic device, it is recommended to add + 20
