I love this forum, so much useful information I thank you all. I am now following a low carb diet and following a friends advice have cut out bread and milk. I never realised what affect milk would have on my sugars. I now regularly get under 8:5 two hours after meals I just hope it stays that way. My sugars before bed last night was 4:5 and this morning 6:8. Before breakfast but not a very good nights sleep so hoping that was the reason it was up so much. I have no gallbladder which has left me producing too much bile salts which in turn increase my sugar so also follow a low fat diet. I have another HBa1c next month so hope it isn't too late to show the improvement. Keep up the good work everyone.
