No guilt from me over eating more than 100g of carbs per day in December. January may be different as I fill my diet with protein to replace Xmas carbs.
I just wanted to blog my journey from Xmas carb eating to not.
I'm expecting carb cravings and carb flu but I'm hoping to be wrong and sail into less than 100g carbs per day and weight loss once more. Wish me luck?
