Just an update.
The hunger got to me so much I started adding plain mackerel or steamed beef (for iron).
I was starting to turn orange from too much carrot. My hands first, from cutting them. I eat them fresh or cooked/mashed or sliced. I have lost all sense of taste of cauliflower. I eat it and no flavour unless added. I have curried and used verious stocks to flavour veg. I've avoided purple cabbage or any salad leaves except iceburg lettuce ones.
Ive lost 11kgs to date. Bariatric Unit and diabetes unit is delighted.
All without metformin. :)
I'm on the 18wk bypass operation waiting list. I want to be free of my excessive weight. I want to fly! :) :) :)
