As life goes we obviously all get illness, sickness and bugs. I myself was unfortunatly smitten by a 24hr stomach bug which seems to be doing the rounds at the school and now at home. Previously I had managed to train six days a week and my sugars were a great 5 to 6 in the morning and 6 to 7 after two hours.
I was bedded for two days and now making it back to normal working looking after the rest of the family as the bug does the rounds.
I'm happy to say my sugars are below 6 in the morning now and I lost 7lbs !
Well back to my regime of keeping cardio high and climbing and keeping busy with the kids whilst keeping carbs low and trying my hardest not to snack in the middle of my meals.
Well keep the hard work up everyone and there's always light at the end of any tunnel.
