Slow progress....

The strawberries are planted but the seeds are waiting to be sown. The weather is set to be colder over the next few days so they can wait a little bit to give them the best chance. There's a lot of rubbish on the plot (some ours, some left behind by the previous plot-holder) all of which needs to be removed - or hidden behind the shed for the time being. Looking forward to my next trip now - Wednesday I shall be there all day. I'll post some photos next time; I think I've worked out how to do it.... Meanwhile, my shopping list includes a couple of rolls of weed control and some pegs, pea gravel, potting compost, 2 bales of hay, verbena and some pheasant eye narcissus bulbs. That should see me broke before payday!
