Some weighty observations (with a bit about poo, for the faint hearted I'm giving you a warning)

Have been feeling a bit bloated the last couple of days and when I got on the scales this morning I wasn't too surprised to find myself a couple of pounds heavier than usual at 228.2 pounds. I then went to the loo.. which was a bit more productive than usual shall we say .. weighed myself again 227 (more like the usual). Then went for a swim, did 1.35km, 10 minutes in the steam room. Got home and thought let's do another weigh in 225.4 pounds..
So my weight today has fluctuated by nearly 3 pounds.. I was amazed.. That's no food intake and a cup of black oolong tea.
What odd things our bodies are...
