MICROWAVES : - diabetics should not use the mirowave to heat - reheat or cook their meals .. microwaves heat or cook foods by causing friction in the food molecules .. the friction causes heat .. thus warming your food but in doing so .. destroys much of which is beneficial and of nutritional value to the body .
I read this article in early 2016 and unfortunately cannot provide a direct link to it .. it is also pertinent to that Russia banned the use of microwaves sometime during the 70's .. there are many other articles too .. pertaining to the dangers of microwaving foods in plastic containers .. foods in foil containers .. which can freely be found on the internet .. however .. i found this site which will expound more on the effects of microwave ovens on your health ..
