the tribes and tribulations of going to the gym and hypos
i have recently started to go to my local gym, i am not over weight however after almost dying at christmas due to necro panctritis, having to learn how to walk again. i havent been so active.
i joined my local gym over a month ago.
i go 3/4 times a week
i eat breakfast before i go, normally something carby and protieny with a banana. i make sure my numbers are in the high range around (11-15)
i have a fast 30 minute work out, and i build up a very good sweat.
i have a hypo almost every single time i go to the gym.
the only time i didnt was the morning i had a giant bagel with lashings of cream cheese and smoked salmon for my breakfast.
i love going to the gym but hate the hypos, and it genrally messes up my entire day.
any advice would be greatly appreicated.
i cant eat like a pig before i go as im going to get fit and tone up.
