tulsi tea

Published by normel in the blog normel's blog. Views: 1038

Dear all type 2 sufferers'
My doctor recently prescribed me Janumet 50mg 1 tablet daily and am still on Gliclazide 30mg 2 tablets daily as single dose. At my voluntary workplace an Indian colleague suggested I should try "TULSI" googling it I found it is actually BASIL I have started drinking tulsi tea (from Holland & Barret called 3 tulsi tea bags instead of normal tea. Where my blood sugar level was normally 7.3 it has now come down to 5.5--It could be the Janumet tablets or the tulsi tea or is it mind over matter. As basil is a natural herb Doctor said it would not affect any medication I am on.
Please look into it you fellow type 2 suffers and best of luck
