Weekly Accountability: 2

Published by Wayward Blood in the blog Wayward Blood's blog. Views: 373

Here's weekly update number 2!

My levels want to rise during the night currently. I think this is more to do with what I'm eating in the evenings than to a problem with my basal dose. I'm still being more lax than I should be, and I'm also getting very little exercise at present; I went cycling on Wednesday, and had to literally clear spiders and cobwebs off of my bike wheels. In my defence, I had an ear infection for over a month, but that's cleared up now. Generally I rely on necessity to provide me with exercise: I cycle or walk to my piano students, and to the choirs I accompany. None of that exercise is happening now though, thanks to the lockdown. But my garden's in need of an overhaul, so I only have so many excuses before I have to go and do something arduous.
