Why is my blood sugar highest in the morning
I have normally eaten by 9pm, then I take my medication followed later by sleep. I take a test ( I m type 2 ) about 7.15am . So why is it that my blood sugars are so high when I haven’t eaten for 10+ hours and have also taken meds prior to sleep?
