  1. Hi all,

I just wanted some advice and reassurance as I've just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant. I am very happy as ive been under a pre conception clinic for a while now and went in to the insulin pump in sept last year. My hba1c in April this year was 58. Which I've been trying to lower by carb counting and testing my blood sugars frequently.

So far, I'm encountering a lot of hypos (which I've been told is normal.in early pregnancy) but I'm so worried if I have the odd high readings and how it will affect my baby. I'm testing my blood pre meal and 1hr later to make sure I'm on target. So far that's working but I'm worried about treating the hypos with glucose and will that affect my baby?

I'm trying to be calm but I'm so worried i will miscarry :(
