  1. I've been a Type 2 Diabetic for some considerable time now and with my G.P.s help my blood sugar level is at a low level. In fact it's at its lowest level now. The one question remaining for me is the need to get a decent all over body tan. I spend most of my time in the garden and as it has a secluded spot where the sun is strongest I am compelled to strip off all my clothes and lay out on my recliner naked. I do enjoy the experience and am often tempted to stroll out from my secluded area into the garden. My neighbours who are retired and can only see into my garden from their landing window have on several occasions seen me strolling around the garden without a stitch on! They haven't objected or mentioned it when we have met and smile and wave from their vantage point.
I'd like to know if this feeling of wanting to go naked when outdoors is usual or is it something one should avoid by throwing oneself into a bath of cold water!!
