  1. I found out i was diabetic by accident ! ...
Six months ago, we moved house, into another area and had to change doctors. We registered with the new surgery and after i gave a urine sample, the nurse alerted me to sugar and asked me to book in for a blood test.
I drink tea for England, and have always nipped to the loo often. I have been successfully dieting for a couple of years with smaller portions, but eat loads of sweets, and being super active, came down from 15stone to 13 .. Great .. thought it was me that was controling my weight ! .. Wrong !

    Blood sugar 108..!
