  1. Blimey that was a shock. Random blood test and wham-GP had no time to tell me what next so feeling pretty down about the whole thing. Can't even go out for a drink-or can I ? I am totally confused about whether I can have a pint or two tonight. Where does alcohol stand with Type 2? I am fit and thin and healthy-or so I thought. Always in the gym and I watch what I eat. Can I have a drink? I would appreciate any advice as I am currently clueless.
