  1. I was diagnosed in 2012 with type 2 I am not on Meds I go for all the yearly checks so far so good, I go to the Gym, swimming
    Sauna twice a week, when I was diagnosed I was working my weight was 15st all results were ok I retired in Oct 2013 (62) do more walking and exercise. I have always tried to
    watch what I ate but liked a drink although I don't drink mid week. The problem I have is since I retired my weight has gone up to 17.4st so at present my sugar counts are high.
    For the last 3wks I have been off alcohol altogether and on salads also going to gym twice a week with no weight loss, anybody any suggestions this just drags you down
