  1. I posted the topic sometime January or later this year, but I could not find it, anyway this is just a follow up that I started LOW CARB HIGH FAT Diet just right after new year 2020. I stopped my metformin and cholesterol tab and only takes aspirin once a day. I am a healthworker, so this is my own decision, my Hba1C reading at 31 march was 6.3, and average before breakfast reading is 6 to 6.5. now comparing it to before jan 2020, my Hba1c is 6.7, and average before breakfast reading is 7.5, and this reading is with metformin. my concern at the moment is my cholesterols
level, my recent reading is 6.3 compared from 5.7 before jan 2020. so I have to recommence my cholesterol medications.
  2. Hi
Im in my late 50, and was diagnosed type 2 in 2001, i just started metformin 6 months now, still my average reading before breakfast is 6.5
