  1. Day 1 of intense 800cals rules.

    I'm more prepared as I have dilute juice in my bag for surprise lunches out. So no need for anything but water. My head is set on mushrooms and salads when eating out.
    Shakes at home but minus chocolate ones which are currently out of stock, even on-line. I need to find a quiet but large superdrug store. Consumers must be addicted.

    So restarting my 800cals diet today as I've had some very bad hunger moments.

    So juice and coffee will be at 6am then a shake at 9am. Lunch will be juice, mushrooms and salad. Dinner will be shake and a shake before bed with painkillers.

    With no metformin no IBS, it seems. Fingers crossed.
  2. I just wanted to blog my journey from Xmas carb eating to not.
    I'm expecting carb cravings and carb flu but I'm hoping to be wrong and sail into less than 100g carbs per day and weight loss once more. Wish me luck?
