  1. Hi all. I don't write often but recently I discovered by sheer chance a new low carb flour called Fiber Flour whilst trawling the web. I have tried this flour and find it great for bread type products, pizza etc. It is produced by a company called Lonjevity-foods. It's not gluten free but only has 14 g carbs/100 g flour - not bad!! Has anyone else tried this? If not, and you're interested, go to www.lonjevity-foods.com where you can find all the details of content and recipes. Not especially cheap but a great alternative to the nut flours - especially if you happen to have a nut allergy. Be interested to know if anyone else has tried this. Katie43M
