  1. just spoken to my Doctor he said my diabetes reading are low in the winter and high in the summer, this is the same results for the last 4 years. I can’t understand why this is happening. I hardy ever drink alcohol I don’t drink squashes or fruits juice every thing else would be the same summer or winter. I just can’t think what causes this. But I had notice that if I had an eye test in the winter and brough new glasses by the time we are in spring the glasses vision needed replacing. I’m 63 years old and my blood reading is 60 quite high so I’m starting the LCHF KETO diet after my holiday. What could rise it in the summer lower it in the winter.
