  1. Ive followed the Blood Sugar Diet for 5 week and at the moment I am eating a maximum of 600 - 700 calories per day with low carb intake. I have stopped drinking alcohol and only drink coffee and 3 litres of water a day. I am exercising 3 times a week and have lost 1 stone but my blood sugar still fluctuates between 6.7 and 7.2. Can anybody tell me why?
