  1. Was told the other day i have type 2 diabetes given loads of leaflets to read and told to come back in 3 weeks for a longer chat.
    I have idea what to eat or not to eat, what to look out for on food labels e.t.c. Also is it normal to get cramps in your legs if you are diabetic? As last night was up and down going to the toilet then kept getting cramps in my leg so not much sleep. tested sugar levels when i gave in and went down stairs it was 9.8. would be very great full for any advice.
