  1. I have been ill. The Flu jab this year was useless. The Public Health czar should fall on her lancet for incompetence. 28000 died in 2 weeks in January.
Sneezing, coughing, chest infection for 6 weeks and the GP though twice about giving antibiotics.
I should have banged on his table more but did not like to infect the others visiting the medical practice, so I treated myself.
However it sent my blood sugar awry. So now I am under surveillance for a change of medication away from Sitagliptin to Gliclazide but I hope to get well and reduce my blood sugar and what happens - My cervical spondylosis flares up - a wry neck travels into my shoulder and down my back. Pain ? Unbelievable ! Muscular yes - not affecting my lungs or heart just all the rest of the muscles needed to breath and move.
    Started on Codeine 15mgs and Ibuprofen 400mgs x 4hourly for 5 days.
Still sore today but mobility improved so feel better.
Now for the Blood sugar !
Its still high but I am working on that. - Exercise and diet.
I told you I was Dying slowly
    Roll on Spring
    And a garden to manage.
