  1. In may this year I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic with a hbalc of 49,with diet and exercise I have reduced hbalc to 35, I know once diagnosed the diagnosis is still the same,my question is my husband took on board my diagnosis three months ago and went on the same diet and exercise has me,when I had my review and hbalc had gone down to 35 he decided to have his bloods done and they were 34,has maybe he dodged the diagnosis,so I'm diabetic with a hbalc of 35 and he's not at 34,sorry for waffling it's hard to explain,

Hi I have just recently been dignosed with type 2 diabetis,my hbca was 49 this puts me on the diabetic register,i was hoping someone could give me some advice how to get this reading down,i also suffer from anxiety disorder and panic attacks ive had this for years but it was pretty much under control with medication and relaxation techniuicks,since I was diagnosed,the anxiety as rocketed,i just wondered I anyone could offer me some advice how to try and deal with this,thankyou .
