  1. I’m not going anywhere soon.
I have actually enjoyed staying at home throughout lockdown.

I’ve still lots to do on my ‘to do ‘ list. I’m not bored, In fact there are not enough hours in the day.whilst I live alone with my dog, my phone has not stopped ringing. I’m hearing from people I haven’t heard from in years. Like millions of others I have been
Baking a lot. No, I’ve not eaten any of it, but giving it to friends and neighbours who have been kind enough to get me bits and pieces I’ve needed. My next door neighbour has kindly delivered the Sunday Papers each week, and that lasts me the whole week.
My bank balance is looking healthier as no help in the house, no hairdresser bills, no restaurant bills. I’ve been clipping my poodle instead of taking her to be clipped monthly. Also, cancelled three holidays I had booked, and whilst I have lost the deposits in the long run I’ve gained.
The glorious weather has been on our side which has been a big help.
I’m more relaxed, my hair has grown thicker, and of course longer, and I’m sleeping better than I have in seven years. Oh, and my blood glucose levels have been immeasurably better for not eating out several times a week.
No, I’m not going out anytime soon.
