  1. I've Low Carbed and my last HBAC1 reading was back to 36 from 80. I've lost 28lbs and if I maintain this reading will i been deemd to have reversed / remission for Type 2. How long can this last?
  2. AC1

Had a Blood test two weeks ago with a AC1 reading of 98, had another bllod test 2 weeks later with a AC1 test of 80, (18% reduction). Whilst i appreciate this is still high over the last 2 weeks i've been careful what i eat and exercised. Currebtly, i'm on no meds, so is this good. I''m hoping to keep reducing via a low carb diet.
