  1. week 6 of Blood sugar diet and not lost any weight this week... lost 6.5kg in first 5 weeks...so don't understand? I have upped my activity levels to constantly on the move doing 22000 steps or more. I have started jogging (upto 4k so far) and do boot camp and have a personal trainer once a week.
    I try to stick to 800 calories a day and have cut carbs to under 100g per day. Didn't know i should be doing under 50g until I read a few posts today so i guess that's my next step. Finding this all overwhelming and depressing.

    HBA1c at diagnosis was 128 (13.9% old money) had a retest last week and down to 89 (10.3%) but just seems so far to go..
