Hi @Cassise , what would you like to know?

Hello Shelley can I just ask you Have you had Celeriac mash or chips before?
Thank you I’m going go buy one tomorrow I’ve missed chips and mash thanks for that. And that’s a good idea I will freeze some I’m looking forward to them with steak and salad. Will they go with gammon and eggs. And can you make a soup with it with oxo stock cubes say with gammon and leaks and veg xx
It does have a different texture to potatoes but I enjoy. I use a lot in soups and casseroles and curries as it adds thickness and hasn’t got an overwhelming flavour so takes flavour of the stock or curry etc. It goes brown quickly when peeled so whack into freezer as soon as you chop it!
Thanks I can’t wait to try it. I will let you know how it is, I can’t believe I’ve never heard of it before thanks again xx
Hope all good.My first diabetic review done last week.i have manage to drop my H1C from 66 to 39 with low carb diet and exercise.
