I am going to get free vegs. My first bag this Thursday will have beetroot in it.

I don't really like beetroot because of tastes too earthy

ANy recipe ideas that can make me like beetroot?

Roasted garlic sounds nice. Beetroot... not so much. How do I get rid of the earthy taste. I'm hoping that taste is real and not just some weird mind glitch of mine

With lots of garlic the earthy taste is disguised. It is the earthy taste that I like about beetroot, though. I like it pickled, too, which we use as a garnish for casseroles and stews.

No I'm socially isolated. Parents live 800+ miles away. I'm all by myself... all alone. I live alone, I work from home, alone, I study from home alone...

My only company are my two cats Vanille, and Saffron

Roast in oil and add a dash of balsamic vinegar - takes beetroot to an entirely new level. Also if you don't remove all the skin it adds an extra chewy texture.

I have to agree with everyone, beetroot crisps aren't bad or roasted
if you like, pickled beetroot?
beetroot juice mixed in with other veggies?

I also agree that beetroot tastes and smells earthy
