      Humalog mix 25 and today moved up to 36 with breakfast and 18 with evening meal. Getting there slowly. Already feeling much better.

      Since 2007 HbA1c have always been around 58/60 until Oct 13 when they peaked at 71.

    Humalog Mix 25 Insulin Twice a day, Methotrexate 25 mg once a week, Folic Acid 5 mg once a week, Prednisolone 5mg, Clopidogrel 75mg, Calcichew-D3 Forte, Levothyroxine 50mcg, Atenolol 50mg, Amlodipine 10mg, Losartan 100mg, Aspirin 75 mg, Nicorandil 20mg, Nitrolingual GTN spray, Metformin 2000 mg, Alimemazine 10mg, Gabapentin 600mg, Lansoprazole 30mg, Atorvastatin 20 mg, Co Paracetomol 1000g, Depo Medrone (methylprednisolone) OR double Prednisolone for 7 days in case of RA flare.
    Exercise:
    Walking as and when possible
    Likes:
    Music, mainly choral and classical. Reading.
    Watching sport on TV, not, able to take part but enjoy watching others enjoy their sport.
    Dislikes:
    Cricket, golf
    Steady, fun loving guy who enjoys socializing. Have a small circle of friends and many, many people who are not so close but nevertheless just as important to me. Involved with local charities/ politics and always willing to help and/or assist those less able.
