    Hates it when Non-Diabetic ( not professional ) people tell me what i should be doing and what not to be doing
    I have been Diabetic for 17 yrs now and 2 year ago i was put on insulin and had a lot of my medication taken off me, and i have to say it has made a big difference to my health. I think i was on so many tablets that it made me feel down all the time but i feel better in myself now,
    If i can sort out my diet i think i will be even better
