    Levemir & NovoRapid. Split dose of Levemir - 09:30 and 21:30 for 24 hr coverage. Current doseage = 12.5 by day and 12.5 by night. Novorapid = carb counting and working out insulin level accordingly.
    Exercise:
    Walk to work, gym & swim.
    Likes:
    "The other half!", friends, honesty, laughing.
    Dislikes:
    Malicious liars, people who interrupt, war.
    Travelling, eating out, cooking, friends, family, cars, technology, swimming, health, diabetes!
