Hi Dinky Yes you do need to test!! My Dr told me to do it twice a week, twice a day. More if i am ill or take in extra excercise. Have a look at the NICE guidelines and take them to you Dr. :evil: You need to keep an eye on things as it can lead to other complications. Have a look at...
