    Medication:
    Perindropil x1, Felodipine 2.5mg x1, (Blood pressure) FSR Metformin 1 x 1 gram , Gliclazide 1x 80mg (a.m.)+ Gliclazide 1x 80mg (p.m.) Vitamin D capsules from July '17 following blood test. ( 3 months only). Bisoprolol from March '18 ( Fast heart rate caused by other medication) , Amytriptiline x2 (Pain)
    Exercise:
    Walking /gardening/ 2x weekly aqua aerobic exercise ( discontinued from summer '17 due to severe back/ hip/leg pain--herniated spinal disc ) / voluntary work/ caring for 89 year old mum with Alzheimers.
    Likes:
    Nature/wildlife, countryside, theatre, eating out !, meeting and listening to new people.
    Dislikes:
    Unfairness/ use of offensive language.
